NOW OR NEVER

“Only I can change my life. No one can do it for me.”

-Carol Burnett

I’ve been thinking all these about how to change my mindset in a good way. Amal tips really helped me out. When we hear the word change we automatically consider Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah giving some speech about discovering a whole new country or Nelson Mandela protesting on the street but NO! Change starts with a growth mindset. Change starts from within. Come out of the 4 pillars of mosque you have made around yourself if you really need to be the change you except to see in someone else.

While reading some growth mindset tips I come to the conclusion that how hard it seems to follow the baby steps you need to actually change your mindset. You just have to eradicate the uncertainty or any doubt regarding you changing yourself. I believe that you need to change yourself if you crave to change the world.

No doubts all the tips were so salient that you can’t even neglect one. But my most favourite are the last three tips.

  1. Create new habits:

When you start to work on yourself that’s the point where this journey of change begin. It’s difficult to implement but easy to continue with afterwards.

2. Ask people help:

We think that asking for help means we are somehow relying on people and this mindset really needs to change because you can’t just go out and ask a 3 street dog “hey buddy! so this and this have been going on with me now tell me where am I doing it wrong?” It just entails a bit of a trust and some kind people which I’m sure if you look around yourself you will definitely find at least one and if you don’t so just text me anytime my friend.

3. Fake it till you make it:

And here’s my most favourite tip of all. I’ve been trying it since past few days and it’s really helpful because it takes a lot of extra effort and all ounce of energy you have to fake it until you actually get there and you don’t even realize when you hit the bar. It’s the most challenging yet the most productive one of all.

I’m working on 3 tips already and it’s been quite long and I can clearly see some sort of change which is a milestone but there are still more mountains to climb on.

Embrace the glorious mess that you are.

We all have heard this cliché quote but this works here. You just need to warm your mind up that yes you can manipulate it by making yourself sure that you need this and that you’re ready to change your mindset for the good. It’s all the brain games now that you can easily conquer the world as well as the demons within you.
